Chair: They are responsible for the overall management of the committee, including the drafting of the background guide, coordinating with their Assistant Chairs, running the committee and applying the rules of procedure and policies of the conference. In crisis committees, the Chair works closely with the Crisis Director.
Assistant Chair: They assist the Chairs in their functions, including the drafting of the background guide, running the committee and applying the rules of procedure and policies of the conference.
Crisis Director: They compose the background guide and crisis arc, in addition to managing the crisis elements of the committee. They are assisted by Assistant Crisis Directors. This position only applies to the crisis committees.
Assistant Crisis Director: They assist the Crisis Director in composing the background guide and crisis arc, in addition to managing the crisis elements of the committee. This position only applies to the crisis committees.
